It’s a home-grown invasion. Creeping up like kudzu, What Cheer? will be appearing across Rhode Island no less than 5 times in the next two weeks.

Soundsession x 2 – Not one, but two nights at our favorite genre-defying music festivals in Providence!
Monday, July 19th, with Trombone Shorty and Orleans Ave, in the back lot of the Black Rep (Westminster and Union Streets) – show at 7pm
Saturday, July 24th, Brand New Day parade, starts at 10pm, roving freely through Downtown Providence
Monday, July 26th, the 201 (201 Westminster St., PVD) This show is both a benefit for Nicole Reinert AND Lightning Bolt’s tour homecoming show. DAMN! Tickets are $8 at the door. The question is…can we all fit?

Saturday, July 31st and Sunday, August 1st – Newport Folk Festival, Fort Adams State Park
We open the fest both days, at 11am for the early birds, plus random surprise sets when you least expect it.
