2012 is going to be awesome!

We’re fresh off a weekend in NYC that bodes well for the rest of this year! Here are some great images of our show at C-Squat.

Here’s what it looked like as we played the Grand Ballroom of the Grand Prospect Hall during Golden Fest.

Here’s what it looked like on the floor beneath ours at the same moment, as our friends in Veveritse rocked out; our stomping threatens to drop the chandelier!

Thanks for a Great 2011 Season

Friends, we are honored to have rocked out so hard with so many of you over the past year. We’ll be hibernating until 2012, but we may venture from the cave occasionally to gather berries in and around Providence, so keep your eyes peeled.

Meanwhile, keep yourself occupied by reading some of the stories of worker abuse in the hotel industry over at Joey Quits!

And here’s our appearance on Good Morning America:

Last Show of the Season!

NYC and NJ shows cancelled this weekend

Due to a serious medical emergency, What Cheer? will not be able to make our NYC and NJ appearances this weekend. The impacted band member will be fine, we assure you, but is currently in no condition to travel or play.

In six years, these are the first shows we’ve ever canceled, and we apologize to all of our friends who were planning to come see us. We love you and appreciate any sympathetic messages you might have. We’ll be back soon.
